1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and 990k ("Platform", "We"). This document takes effect as soon as you complete the account registration process, make any deposit, or use any service provided by the 990k platform.

2 Account Eligibility

The general terms applicable to all 990k bonuses are as follows:

8 Player Conduct

The following behaviour is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

9 Account Closure & Suspension

• 990k's maximum liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the total deposits made by the player in the 30 days preceding the incident.

11 Terms Amendment
